Production steps:
Step 1: wash the carrot, cut it into pieces and press the juice.
Step 2: put carrot juice and whole egg liquid into bread barrel.

Step 5: start the iMix program again and continue to knead for 15 minutes. It can pull out tough films.
Step 6: round the dough, put it into a large bowl, cover it with plastic film and ferment.
Step 7: room temperature fermentation to 2-2.5 times.
Step 8: take out and press the exhaust, divide it into 8 equal parts, and roll them respectively. Cover with plastic film and relax for 20 minutes.
Step 9: take a portion of dough, rub it into drops, press it flat and roll it open. Hold the bottom with one hand and roll it open slowly with the other.
Step 10: turn over and roll up.

Step 12: put into the baking tray.
Step 13: put in the oven, put a plate of hot water under the baking plate, and ferment to 1.5 times the original size. Preheat the oven, brush the surface with egg water and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Step 14: put in the middle and lower layer of oven, heat 180 degrees, heat 185 degrees, bake for 15-18 minutes. Finish the tinfoil.
