Production steps:
Step 1: after cleaning the skin of streaky pork, rinse it with warm water.
Second step: burn a little water, add salt, drop a little Baijiu, meat boiled water, about three minutes.
Step 3: cut the meat into about one centimeter slices and prepare the Yuzhu.
Step 4: soak Yuba in water for a while.
Step 5: tear into small pieces.

Note: Yuzhu will absorb water, so soak in water for a while.
