Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the main ingredients: 200g flour, 10g dry yeast, 90ml warm water, 20g butter, 8g salt, 20g white granulated sugar or powdered sugar, a yolk, an auxiliary ingredient: appropriate amount of pizza sauce or tomato sauce, 150g mozzarella, an appropriate amount of green pepper, an appropriate amount of onion, an appropriate amount of bacon, a banana
Step 2: add yeast + 5g sugar to warm water, stir until melted, stand still for a few minutes
Step 3: pour flour, salt and sugar into a bowl and stir
Step 4: add yeast water and egg yolk to the flour, mix well with chopsticks
Step 5: after kneading, add melted butter and a small amount of flour and knead until smooth
Step 6: cover it with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place to double the size (because my oven has fermentation function, it only takes 40 minutes)
Step 7: prepare the filling while fermenting
Step 8: double the size
Step 9: take out the exhaust, knead round again and wake up for 15 minutes
Step 10: oil the pizza dish
Step 11: I baked it with a thin base, so I only used two-thirds of the dough. Roll the dough into a uniform square, spread it on the pizza plate, thicken it all around, and fork out uniform holes
Step 12: preheat the oven at 200 ℃ for 5 minutes, put it into the baking pan and bake for about 8 minutes
Step 13: brush the baked dough with pizza sauce or tomato sauce, sprinkle with a proper amount of mozzarella, and then put it in the oven at 200 ℃ for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts
Step 14: place all the stuffing evenly, sprinkle two-thirds of the mozzarella on the surface, and put it in the oven at 200 ℃ for 15 minutes until the cheese melts
Step 15: put the remaining masurilla on the surface, such as oven 200 degrees, about 8-10 minutes
