Hot and Sour Soup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: add water to the flour and make a dough, cover it with plastic wrap and wake up.
Step 2: prepare other required materials. Blanch spinach with boiling water, shred bean curd skin, cut ginger into fine powder, soak peanuts well.
Step 3: put the dough in the basin and add water to start washing out the gluten.
Step 4: put the washing water in another basin.
Step 5: wash the gluten.
Step 6: start making soup. Put a little water in the pot and boil the peanuts and the torn gluten for a while.
Step 7: about 10 minutes, add the washing water into the pot, keep stirring with a spoon, so as not to paste the bottom of the pot.
Step 8: when you see that the cleanser changes from white to transparent, add spinach, shredded tofu and minced ginger. Remember, keep stirring.
