Black sesame moon cake - you can see sesame seeds
Introduction:
"The smell of black sesame is all over the room when it's just baked!"
Production steps:
Step 1: 160 grams of cooked black sesame seeds are put into the blender to be crushed, and then put them together with those not stirred (I prefer to eat sesame seeds in this way)
Step 2: pour black sesame into butter and sugar and mix well
Step 3: put in the sifted powder and stir evenly; (the bean powder is not sifted)
Step 4: wrap the stuffing with plastic wrap and put it for a while.
Step 5: mix the syrup, soap water and oil (put them for a while)
Step 6: sift in the low powder and mix
Step 7: cover with plastic wrap and wake up for an hour.
Step 8: divide the dough according to the size of the mold (mine is 50g), and divide the filling well. The ratio of stuffing to skin is usually 3:7 or 4:6.
Step 9: take a piece of dough bag with black sesame stuffing, wrap it in turn, and press it with a mold
Step 10: preheat the oven. Bake in the middle for 10 minutes. Take it out and brush it with egg liquid. Continue to bake for another 25 minutes
Materials required:
Black Sesame: 200g
Low powder: 200g
Oil: 25g
Butter: 30g
Sugar: 60g

Note: my oven is too old, so it takes a long time to bake. Now the new oven doesn't need so long (in other people's posts, it takes 5 minutes first and 15 minutes later)
