Rice cake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak rice overnight.
Step 2: soak the rice into soybean milk machine, and use the mixing function of soybean milk machine to break the rice.
Step 3: pour the excess water out of the beaten rice paste, and don't leave too much water.
Step 4: divide the rice slurry into three parts, add yeast powder to the preparation in the basin for fermentation, and heat one bowl in the microwave oven for about 1 minute.
Step 5: add 5g yeast powder into a large bowl
Step 6: mix the heated rice paste with the raw rice paste in another bowl, and stir well. It looks like ice cream. Ha ha ~ boil the sugar with a little water, pour in the rice paste and stir together.
Step 7: after fermenting the rice milk in a large basin, pour the mixed rice milk which looks like ice cream into it and ferment again. Pour rice wine into the fermented rice slurry and stir well.
Step 8: you can put jujube, sesame, walnut, wolfberry, etc. into fenggao according to your personal preference. I think jujube is the best to eat, and the house is full of jujube fragrance. Oil the mold and it will steam.
Step 9: after steaming, cool and demould.

Note: 1. The rice paste will solidify when heated in the microwave oven for about 1 minute, so the heating time should not be too long. It is not easy to stir the slightly solidified rice paste after mixing with the raw rice paste, because there are pieces, just put them for a while. 2. About the amount of sugar to see your personal preferences, put too much is not necessarily good, will affect the fermentation effect. 3. To judge whether the rice slurry is fermented, you can turn it up with a shovel to see if there are small bubbles. If it is full of small bubbles, it will be fermented.
