Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: stir fry the black sesame first, and then grind it into powder with blender or cooking machine.
Step 2: mix in sugar to make black sesame filling, set aside.
Step 3: mix glutinous rice flour with 60-70 ℃ hot water and knead into dough.
Step 4: hand pull into the preparation, rub round, the whole nest, add the right amount of black sesame filling.
Step 5: slowly glue the opening and rub it round.
Step 6: make 18 dumplings with 500g glutinous rice flour.
Step 7: put more water in the pot and bring to a boil. Put the dumplings in the pot and bring them to a boil. Gently push them with the back of the spatula to see if the dumplings are all floating. Then they can be cooked.
Step 8: cook the dumplings and serve.
Materials required:
Glutinous rice flour: 500g
Black Sesame: 200g
Sugar: right amount
Note: 1, filling in the sugar can be added according to their own needs, like to eat more sweet. 2. Dough to knead moderate hardness, can be soft and some, too hard package stuffing easy to crack. Glutinous rice dough will harden when it cools. You can knead it again, or rub it with your hands dipped in hot water for a few times to make it softer. 3.
