Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: peel and wash the sweet potato, cut it into small pieces, put it into the steamer and steam it (10-15 minutes)

Step 14: put proper amount of peanut oil in the pot and heat it up. When the oil temperature rises, fry the potato balls in low heat. After shaping, turn the potato balls from time to time to avoid frying. (about 2 minutes).
Step 15: deep fry until the potato balls float and turn golden. At this time, adjust the fire and let the heat force the oil out of the potato balls. Quickly pick up and drain the oil with a filter.
