Production steps:
Step 1: put the inner barrel of ice cream into the refrigerator freezer for more than 15 hours in advance.
Step 2: get all the materials ready.
Step 3: put the milk and cream in a small pot, scrape out the vanilla seeds, put the vanilla pods in the pot, heat over low heat, and turn on the heat slightly.
Step 4: put the egg yolk and maltitol (or sugar) into the basin.
Step 5: stir until the yolk is slightly white and sticky.
Step 6: add the cooked milk into the egg yolk paste by several times and stir evenly.
Step 7: pour the battered egg and milk back into a small pot, bring to a low heat, and then heat until thick. Pick out the vanilla pods.
Step 8: after the custard is cooled to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator until it is cold. Take out the inner barrel of ice cream from the freezer, put it into the ice cream machine and pour in the custard.
Step 9: cover the top of the machine, turn on the stirring slurry, and the ice cream will be ready in about 25 minutes. The ice cream that can't be eaten can be put into the fresh-keeping box and stored in the freezer.

Precautions: 1.
