Cola Chicken Wings

Production steps:
Step 1: preparation materials: wash and drain chicken wings, cut scallion into sections, slice ginger, a bowl of cola, oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce and star anise
Step 2: put a small amount of oil into the pan and fry the chicken wings for a while.
Step 3: fry the chicken wings in golden brown over medium heat (in fact, mine is not golden), fry them for 4 minutes, then turn them over and fry them for 3 minutes.
Step 4: add all seasonings and ingredients except soy sauce and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and cook for about 20 minutes until the soup is slightly thickened.
Step 5: add the right amount of soy sauce (according to your favorite color of the finished product), and collect the juice on high fire.
Step 6: add salt three minutes before leaving the pot. Stir chicken wings with a spatula to make the salt taste good.
Step 7: when the soup is dry, it's out of the pot
