Step 1: wash Ganoderma lucidum mushrooms and marinate with salt for 20 minutes
Step 2: wrap it in gauze and squeeze out the water
Step 3: add five spice powder, onion, ginger, garlic, starch, flour, mix well by hand.
Step 4: heat the oil for 8 minutes and fry until golden brown.
Materials required:
Ganoderma lucidum: 1 box
Chopped green onion: 1 tsp
Ginger: 1 teaspoon
Minced garlic: 1 teaspoon
Egg: one
Starch: 1 tablespoon
Flour: 1 tablespoon
Salt: right amount
Five spice powder: appropriate amount
Note: put the whole egg in, starch flour is about 1:1, hanging slurry is not too thin, grasp in the hands of sticky feeling.
