Production steps:
Step 1: cut the tomato in half, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces
Step 2: cut the pepper into smaller pieces than the tomato. I missed the mexican chili when I bought it, so I replaced it with another Turkish chili, but the authentic one still needs mexican chili. The amount of pepper should be determined according to your own taste
Step 3: cut the onion into small pieces, because I put all the onions into the cooking machine and mash them, so there is no requirement for the size
Step 4: take appropriate amount of diced tomato and diced pepper and keep them
Step 5: mash the remaining diced tomatoes and peppers with all the onions
Step 6: pour the mud in the cooking machine into a tomato bowl, add tomato sauce, olive oil and lemon juice, and stir well
Step 7: Sprinkle with coriander leaves and stir well before eating
Step 8: wash lettuce and cut into shreds
Step 9: Reserve sweet corn kernels
