Fried sponge gourd with fried dough sticks
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash red pepper, remove tendons and seeds, then cut into diamond shaped pieces.
Step 2: cut the dough sticks into large sections.
Step 3: peel luffa and cut hob block.
Step 4: heat the oil in the pan, add shredded ginger and garlic slices, and saute until fragrant.
Step 5: pour in the sliced fried dough sticks and stir fry the sponge gourd.
Step 6: cook along the edge of the pot with proper amount of water (to prevent loofah from turning black), cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
Step 7: sprinkle a little salt and stir fry evenly.
