Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients. Separate egg yolk and egg white for use
Step 2: mix the milk and egg yolk and heat them in water.

Step 4: melt the chocolate, mix with the custard, and stir over low heat until completely mixed.
Step 5: melt the coffee with a very small amount of water (5-10g).
Step 6: mix the coffee liquid with the egg milk chocolate paste in step 4 and mix well. Cool completely.
