Chicken Wings

Production steps:
Step 1: first, wash the chicken wings, and then use a knife to make two cuts on both sides of the chicken wings, so as to make the chicken wings taste better
Step 2: marinate with 1 teaspoon cooking wine and a little salt
Step 3: bring to a boil in the milk pan, blanch the chicken wings in the water, and drain the water
Step 4: heat the frying pan, add a little oil and fry the chicken wings yellow
Step 5: pour in onion and stir fry until fragrant
Step 6: pour in hot water just before chicken wings
Step 7: add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 star anise, proper amount of dry pepper, pepper, ginger and salt, and cook chicken wings over medium heat
