Production steps:
Step 1: put the Chengfen in a bowl, pour the boiling water into it, and then mix and mix~
Step 2: make it into a smooth dough. If it's too thin, you can add more flour. If it's too dry, you can add more water
Step 3: knead the big dough into strips (thick points), then pull a ball down, knead it into a round one, then make a hole in the middle, fill in the bean paste, fill two thirds of the hole, and then tighten the mouth (if not, you can add some dough)
Step 4: when all the dough turns into steamed buns, you can steam the steamed buns for about 15-20 minutes (I use medium heat, the time is shorter for high heat, and longer for low heat)
Step 5: after steaming, the steamed buns will become translucent ~ ~ ~ by the way, the way to make red bean paste is to wash the red beans, soak them for a day, and then put them in the pot to cook and cook
Step 6: when the red beans are rotten and cool, take a big bowl, wear disposable gloves, put a piece of gauze on the bowl, pour in the red bean soup, and then use the gauze to force out all the water in the red beans. The gauze is bean paste. The rest of the red bean soup does not need to be wasted, so you can eat it in the fairy grass
