Congee with tremella, lotus seeds and red dates
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: I bought a lotus seed, which is fresh lotus seed. I just need to peel it out and remove the heart. Generally, it's the dried lotus seeds bought in the supermarket, the kind that goes to the heart, soaked in water for about half an hour. It's better to have warm water.
Step 2: soak Tremella in water for about 2 hours, warm water and cold water, then wash and tear into small flowers; soak jujube in water for about 30 minutes.
Step 3: put tremella and lotus seeds into the rice cooker. The amount of water is about 3 times that of Tremella (the proportion of water in a bowl of Tremella for 3 nights). Mix well. Let the dates boil for about 20 minutes before adding.
Step 4: bring tremella lotus seeds to boil for about 20 minutes, add dates, cook for about 10 minutes, introduce rock sugar, stir well, 3-5 minutes out of the pot.
