Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the ingredients: milk 200g, egg 1.5 (half is yolk), sugar 50g, cream 50g (Nestle drops are used here), Matcha powder 2 / 1 tsp, pudding vial.
Step 2: Take 1 / 2 teaspoon of Matcha powder and put it in a big bowl! Don't put too much!
Step 3: pour the milk and sugar into the milk pot, heat it over low heat and keep stirring until the sugar melts and the milk steams!
Step 4: pour the heated milk into a big bowl filled with Matcha powder!
Step 5: mix well! I am using my mobile phone to shoot drops. The pixels are not very good. In fact, they are light green drops!
Step 6: mix the egg and yolk and beat well!
Step 7: pour the whipped egg liquid into the milk liquid slowly. This is the key step. The milk must be cooled until it is not too hot, and then pour in the egg, otherwise it will turn into egg blossom!
Step 8: pour in the cream and stir well! (this egg has a lot of crystals, which will be filtered out later!)
Step 9: mix well!
Step 10: filter the pudding solution 2-3 times!
Step 11: let the filtered pudding liquid stand for more than 30 minutes!
Step 12: pour the pudding liquid into the small pudding bottle, put it into the baking pan, and pour water (preferably hot water) into the baking pan. The height is lower than 1 / 3 of the pudding bottle. My baking pan is relatively low, so I can only make do with it. Put the baking pan into the preheated oven, 165 degrees, about 30 minutes, until the pudding liquid is completely solidified!
Step 13: This is the baked Matcha pudding! Light Matcha flavor, like to say! The real object is light green, very fresh color! The level is limited. It's a little white. Failed to shoot beautiful light green!
