Beef rice with curry and tomato sauce
Introduction:
"It's easy to lose appetite in summer. Curry and ketchup are good condiments. At the weekend, I made curry potato beef with tomato sauce. The steamed rice is also a shape, and the dishes are directly poured into the pot, and the serving of individual dishes is directly divided into meals.
Production steps:
Step 1: cut the beef (brisket) into one inch cubes.
Step 2: blanch beef and supercooled water. Reserve cinnamon, large ingredients and ginger slices.
Step 3: put the above four ingredients and appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker and press for 40 minutes.
Step 4: cut the carrot and potato into pieces, and cut the green onion, ginger and garlic well.

Step 8: pour the beef and soup into the frying pan and cook for about 30 minutes.
Step 9: after 30 minutes, add potatoes, salt, curry and ketchup and continue to cook until they are thoroughly cooked and the soup is thick.
