Honey and soft Mahua
Introduction:
"There is a shop selling honey and soft hemp flowers near my work. Every day, it is only sold in the morning and in the afternoon at two fixed times. It's fried and sold now. Each person is limited to 10. The business has been booming and the queue is very long. Every time I see someone go back to buy it bag by bag, I wonder if it's still cold? Even if it's reheated, the taste has changed. I don't know how they deal with it after they buy it. They don't eat much fried food. Ha ha, isn't it meddling? If you want to eat something fresh, you have to make it yourself! In summer vacation, there are many children at home. Generally, they will like it. So I made it at home on Sunday, and the response was good. My nephew, who loves sweet food with a big stomach, ate three of them, crispy outside and puffy inside, with the smell of honey (whether there is honey bought outside, I don't have to guess what honey I use). The salad oil I used in the dough, I have used butter before. I feel that the butter is more creamy and the others are almost the same. I took some pictures casually. The light near the big window is too strong. You can make do with it. I think the color of the real object is better than the picture, ha ha... Because the bottom of the frying pan is too deep, I can't bear to pay attention to it! Ha. "
Production steps:
Step 1: put the high flour in the container, add sugar, honey, salad oil and eggs, and mix them with chopsticks (I dare not add too much sugar and honey, because it is common yeast, not high sugar resistant). Open the yeast with warm water, pour it into the flour, mix it into flocs, and knead it into a soft dough. Rub as much as you can.
Step 2: cover the dough with a wet cloth and ferment it to twice the size. Press one finger without retracting or sinking. Rub it back to its original size.
Step 3: apply a thin layer of oil on the surface, divide the dough into several small dosage forms, and apply a thin layer of oil on each small dosage form.
Step 4: take a small dosage and rub it into a long strip, put it on the flat surface, rub it with both hands in the opposite direction, lift up the noodles and naturally roll them into a twist shape, then put the two heads together and put them into the twist, so that it is not easy to spread when frying. (if it's not easy for one person to shoot this process, there's no shooting.)
Step 5: do everything well, cover with wet cloth and ferment again for 20 minutes (the dough is obviously bigger and lighter).
Step 6: put as much oil as possible in the pot. When it's 50% hot, put in the hemp and fry it over low heat. Turn it over constantly to make the coloring uniform.
Step 7: when the color is lighter than you want, take it out. A little cold to eat is crisp outside the soft honey soft Mahua.
