Production steps:
Step 1: Chop shallot and garlic.
Step 2: wash the tofu and crush it with a knife.
Step 3: put a little vegetable oil in the pot, add garlic powder and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 4: add chopped tofu, stir fry and squeeze with shovel.
Step 5: add sugar, salt and pepper and stir fry until golden. Add chopped green onion and continue to stir fry until the green onion is soft. Add starch and water to thicken. Turn off the heat and put on the plate.
