Introduction:
"Roses are gorgeous and charming, which can make people happy and intoxicated; steamed bread is ordinary and simple, which can fill their stomach. Through creativity, the combination of the two is conducive to the natural pigment of fruits and vegetables, making steamed bread as romantic and charming as roses
Production steps:
Step 1: dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 2: add milk powder and sugar in the flour bowl, mix well, and add yeast water in several times.
Step 3: knead the dough into soft and hard medium dough, wrap it with plastic film for fermentation.
Step 4: ferment to 1.5 to 2 times of the original size, showing honeycomb shape; gently squeeze the dough by hand to remove bubbles.
Step 5: mix the dough with strawberry powder, knead until evenly colored.
Step 6: knead the dough into strips, cut it into small pieces evenly, sprinkle a little flour and roll it into a thick dumpling skin with thin edge.
Step 7: fold the 5 patches as shown in the figure.
Step 8: roll up from top to bottom or (from bottom to top) to form a face roll.
Step 9: use chopsticks to gently press down the middle line of the roll.
Step 10: roll the roll while pressing, and turn it back and forth several times to make the roll break and appear flower like.
Step 11: put the green body into the steamer, keep a certain distance, cover and ferment for about 10-20 minutes.
Step 12: Boil the water in the steamer over high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and remove the lid after 3 minutes.
Materials required:
Medium gluten flour: 300g
Warm water: 150 ml
Dry yeast: 3 G
Sugar: 5g
Milk powder: 10g
Strawberry powder: 20g
Note: 1, dough rolling to size, uniform thickness, so that flowers look good. 2. Sprinkle a little thin flour on the rolled dough, so that there is no adhesion between the dough, and it is easy to open when steaming. 3. The appearance of the upper or lower petals is different when the patch is rolled up. 4. The last fermentation time of rose green body should not be too long to avoid soft expansion and deformation. 5. Pumpkin, purple potato, amaranth juice, Monascus powder, Matcha powder and cocoa powder can be used to make different color and taste of the roll.
