Congee with egg and ham
Introduction:
"Because I don't have steamed bread at home, I don't know what to eat. Suddenly, I think I haven't eaten Noodle Soup for a long time. Haha, the material is to make do with what I have at home and put it according to my personal preference."
Production steps:
Step 1: put the flour into a larger container, pour in a little water (pour slowly, don't pour in all at once), add water while stirring, and stir it into small lumps. The smaller the flour, the better (such as soybean). Put it aside after stirring.
Step 2: put a little oil in the pot, after the oil is hot, add scallion to stir fry until fragrant, and stir fry your favorite vegetables until half cooked;
Step 3: 1 put the flour into a larger container, pour in a little water (pour slowly, don't pour in all at once), add water while stirring, and stir it into small lumps, the smaller the better (such as soybeans), and put it aside after stirring.
Step 4: add appropriate amount of water, boil the water, pour in the small lumps, stir with chopsticks from time to time, so as not to stick together;
Step 5: when the pimple soup is boiling, turn slowly along the edge of the pot, pour in the broken eggs, and put in the diced ham;
Step 6: cook over low heat for two minutes (estimated), add appropriate amount of salt to taste, and take out the pot.
Materials required:
Flour: right amount
Water: moderate
Scallion: right amount
Eggs: right amount
Ham: moderate
Vegetables: moderate (personal preference)
Oil: right amount
Salt: right amount
Note: a little oil is enough. If you don't like to eat scallion, you can omit the fragrant step. Pour a little sesame oil into the pot and warm water into the egg. When you beat the egg, you can make the egg flower more evenly. When you stir the pimples, you should be patient. The smaller the pimples, the better. Use cold water instead of pouring the water all at once. Vegetables are according to your personal preference (we only have green peppers); MSG (I didn't put it, according to your personal preference) )If it's for children, it's better not to put chicken essence / monosodium glutamate
