Production steps:

Step 10: turn one side golden and fry the other side.
Step 11: when both sides are golden, pour out the remaining oil, add a little water, add a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, a drop of soy sauce, a little salt, sugar and pepper, and simmer until there is little water.
Step 12: then put the fermented tofu out of the pot and put it on a plate. Pour the remaining soup with starch and thicken it. Sprinkle with a little scallion and red pepper.
