Steamed cowpea with corn flour
Introduction:
"It's too hot to eat hot food. I really don't know what to eat. Cowpeas have been eaten a lot recently. They are just mixed with sesame paste. However, eating vegetables alone is always hungry, so I think about making staple food together, which is convenient and delicious. In particular, steamed noodles taste better after cooling. It's better to pour vinegar sauce with garlic on steamed noodles! Corn has the functions of invigorating spleen and removing dampness, regulating stomach and diuresis, which is very suitable for people with spleen deficiency. Modern nutrition also believes that corn contains a lot of nutrients. The content of cellulose in fresh corn is 6-8 times that of milled rice and refined flour, which can reduce the concentration of cholesterol in blood and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Corn's greatest contribution to mankind is rich in lutein and zeaxanthin (a kind of carotene), which dye corn into gold. Although they are not nutrients, they are more effective than nutrients. They are powerful antioxidants, which can protect the sensitive area of the eye called macula and prevent the occurrence of age-related macular degeneration and cataract. Corn contains many anticancer factors, such as glutathione, lutein, zeaxanthin, selenium and magnesium. Glutathione can use its own "handcuffs" to handcuff carcinogens, making them inactive and excreted through the digestive tract. It is also a powerful antioxidant, which can accelerate the aging of free radicals and lose their function. It is the most effective anti-cancer substance in the human body. Cowpea, commonly known as beans, ginger beans, with beans, flat, sweet and salty taste, seeds contain a lot of starch, fatty oil, protein, niacin, vitamin b1.b2. Cowpea is mainly used for invigorating spleen and kidney. It has good effect in treating spleen deficiency, diarrhea, vomiting, thirst, spermatorrhea, leucorrhea, turbidity and frequent urination. According to the compendium of Materia Medica, it is said that "Regulating Qi, tonifying kidney and stomach, harmonizing five zang organs, regulating Ying and Wei, and generating essence.".
