Sweet scented osmanthus and sweet yam
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: peel the yam, cut it into rectangular strips, immerse it in water to prevent oxidation; soak the wolfberry in water to soften it
Step 2: put proper amount of oil in the frying pan (subject to the Chinese yam). When the oil is hot and mature, drain the soaked Chinese yam into the pan, deep fry it until it is yellowish on both sides, take out and drain the oil, and set it on a plate for later use
Step 3: remove the oil from the pan and wash it. Add proper amount of purified water (about 100ml) and boil it with 2 tbsp sugar
Step 4: when the sugar is slightly thickened, add yam and pickled Lycium barbarum, stir fry for 1-2 minutes, wait until the sugar juice is evenly wrapped on the yam surface, and then out of the pot
Step 5: add 2 spoonfuls of sweet scented osmanthus sauce, evenly spread it, put it into the refrigerator for refrigeration, and the taste will be more crisp when eating~
Materials required:
Yam: Half Root
Lycium barbarum: some problems
Sweet scented osmanthus sauce: 2 teaspoons

Precautions: 1. Wear rubber gloves when washing yam to prevent allergy; 2. The size of yam strip should not be too long. It's better to control the length within 8 cm and the width about 1 cm, otherwise it's easy to break when frying; 3. It's not easy to boil too much sugar, otherwise the sugar juice has no consistency; 4. It's better to stir fry wolfberry in the pot to prevent aging.
