Millet meatballs
Introduction:
"Some time ago, when LG and I were shopping in the supermarket, we bought some millet to go home. The original intention of buying millet is to cook millet porridge, but LG and I have the habit of taking Bento, so millet porridge is stranded indefinitely. But we can't waste it. Before, Xiaomi was used to make a spring dish "fried eggs with leeks and millet". Today, Xiaomi is used to make a dish "Xiaomi meatball". Xiaomi nourishes Yin and blood. Xiaomi meatball adopts the cooking method of steaming, with less oil and low fat. It's very nutritious and healthy. It's q-shaped meatball. You can try your favorite cheese. "
Production steps:
Step 1: after washing the millet, soak it in clean water. The longer the soaking time, the easier it is to steam. This step can be done in advance;
Step 2: wash the pork and chop it into minced meat with ginger. I added 40g minced meat;
Step 3: wash the old tofu, drain the water and crush it;
Step 4: mix bean curd and minced meat evenly, add sesame oil, salt, cooking wine and pepper;
Step 5: stir the tofu meatballs evenly;
Step 6: soak the millet and drain the water;
Step 7: in millet, add salt and stir well;
Step 8: the fifth step of tofu meatballs, ball into the size of the ball, wrapped in millet;
Step 9: put proper amount of water into the steamer and bring to a boil. Put millet meatballs in and steam for about 30 minutes;
Step 10: steamed well, my meatballs are bigger and take longer; you can adjust the steaming time according to the size of the meatballs; the meatballs are on the table! If you think the meatballs taste light, you can dip them in soy sauce. My meatballs taste just right, so I didn't dip them in soy sauce ~!
