Sweet osmanthus and sugar porridge
Introduction:

To be a foodie, the delicious food about Osmanthus fragrans is essential. Today, I will make a sweet osmanthus sugar porridge with fresh sweet osmanthus and the sweet osmanthus I pickled last year. Osmanthus fragrans has a certain resistance to chlorine, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen fluoride and other harmful gases, and has a strong ability to absorb dust. Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the raw materials and soak the red beans in water half a day in advance. The sweet scented osmanthus sauce in the bottle is still the one I pickled last year and I haven't finished it. Use it with fresh sweet scented osmanthus.
Step 2: clean the red dates and glutinous rice.
Step 3: put water into the pot, first add red beans to boil, then put glutinous rice and red dates into the pot
Step 4: boil for about 20 minutes. When it's slightly thick, put in a piece of brown sugar. This brown sugar is the bowl type sugar which I brought back from Yunnan. It tastes better.
Step 5: continue to cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, until the porridge is thick
Step 6: wash fresh osmanthus
Step 7: sugar osmanthus take the amount you need
Step 8: add fresh osmanthus
Step 9: add the sweet scented osmanthus sauce
Step 10: stir well and turn off the fire. Sweet sticky glutinous sweet osmanthus sugar porridge is ready

Glutinous rice: 100g
Adzuki Bean: 50g
Lump brown sugar: 20g
Note: can use white sugar or rock sugar, I think brown sugar is more conducive to health, so choose brown sugar
