Barbecued pork ribs
Introduction:
"Barbecued pork is a special sauce in Guangdong, mostly red and slightly sweet. It can produce a variety of delicious dishes, including barbecued pork, barbecued bun, barbecued rice, barbecued crisp and so on. Among them, barbecued pork and barbecued bun are the most famous, and I have done both. So I looked at the leftover sauce and pork chops I wanted to make in the refrigerator a few days ago. The method is quite simple, with a total of three steps: cleaning, pickling and firing. The color of the prepared ribs is bright and reddish, which is very attractive. After several hours of pickling, the ribs taste very delicious, and the sauce is rich, sweet and palatable
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the small ribs with water for half an hour, then wash and prepare the barbecue sauce
Step 2: put the barbecued sauce into the spareribs, cover it with plastic film and marinate it in the cold room for more than 12 hours
Step 3: pour oil into the pan and bring to a boil
Step 4: heat up the oil, stir fry the marinated spareribs for a while, then pour a small bowl of water, cover the pot and heat for 40 minutes. Stir fry many times in the middle to avoid drying the pot
Step 5: after the soup is dried, it can be taken out of the pot
Step 6: serve in a bowl

Pork chop: 500g
Barbecued pork sauce: 60g
Oil: right amount
Note: it's best to marinate the spareribs the night before, and change the water for 3 times during the next day when marinating the spareribs at noon. When cooking the spareribs, you should often stir fry them to avoid pasting the pot
