It's hot in summer, so it's better to freeze it in the refrigerator! "
Production steps:
Step 1: preparation materials: fresh red bayberry, white sugar or rock sugar, a little salt (the amount of sugar can be added according to the sweet and sour of red bayberry, and your own taste).
Step 2: Rinse Myrica rubra with clean water several times, then soak it in light salt water for ten to twenty minutes (insecticidal and bactericidal).
Step 3: pour out the salt water, rinse a little, put the red bayberry into the pot, add water, add sugar / rock sugar according to personal taste, and start to cook.
Step 4: after boiling the water in the pot, turn to low heat and continue to cook for more than 20 minutes (during which you can remove the upper layer of foam with a spoon).
Step 5: cook until the soup tastes sour and sweet, then take it out of the pot and let it cool.
Step 6: if you can't finish eating, you can put it into the container prepared in advance and put it in the refrigerator to cool it for a better drink (the container is best made of glass, scalded with boiling water and controlled to dry).
