Crispy potato pizza
Introduction:
"I want to eat pizza, but I don't have any sauce at home. What should I do? Try this traditional potato pizza. The ingredients are simple, the taste is fragrant, and you can feel the Italian flavor at home. If you like crispy pizza, you may as well have a look. "
Production steps:
Step 1: knead the base material for 20 minutes
Step 2: after kneading, take it out, put it in a basin coated with olive oil, cover it with a wet cloth and make it twice as big
Step 3: peel the potatoes and cut into 1 mm thin slices. Wash the rosemary and peel off the leaves
Step 4: rub the mozzarella into thick silk (I use the same mozzarella as tofu, you can also use others)
Step 5: after the dough is ready, spread olive oil on both hands, move the dough to the oil paper, and stretch the dough into a rectangle with the palm of the hand, keeping the same thickness. The dough should be thinner, not too thick
Step 6: place the potato chips on top of each other to cover the bottom of the cake
Step 7: put on the masurilla
Step 8: Sprinkle with salt, a little black pepper and rosemary, and drizzle with olive oil
Step 9: preheat 180 degree oven and bake in the middle for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese turns yellow
