Production steps:
Step 1: add 140 grams of pure milk and 1 small spoon of yeast into the egg beater barrel.
Step 2: put 200g of GAOJIN powder, 0.5 tsp of salt and 20g of sugar into the barrel.
Step 3: start the egg beater, middle speed in the whole process, i.e. 3 gears, according to the 3-minute beating and 3-minute stopping procedure.
Step 4: Beat 2 for 3 minutes, add olive oil into the barrel, continue to beat 3 for 3 minutes, then beat 2 for 3 minutes, until the dough has a large film.
Step 5: add the preservative film on the barrel to ferment to 2-3 times of the size, take out the exhaust, divide it into basically the same 2 parts, roll round, and let it stand for a few minutes.
Step 6: dry the 9-inch pizza pan with olive oil all over it.
Step 7: apply a little oil on the panel and roll a dough into a circle.

Step 9: put proper amount of bean paste stuffing into the round and press it slightly. Brush olive oil outside the circle and sprinkle with black sesame powder.

Step 11: gently arrange the two cakes into the same size by hand, and then button a round mark on the bowl.
Step 12: gently lift two round cakes and cut them into 16 equal parts with scissors.
Step 13: flip each bisection to the bottom up.
Step 14: ferment to about 1.5 times the size. Brush pure milk on the surface, sprinkle white sesame in the circle, sprinkle black sesame in the center, and then dip the milk solution with a brush and gently press the sesame to make it firm.
Step 15: preheat the oven, middle layer, 180 ℃, about 22 minutes, golden color, with chopsticks by the side pop up and cooked.
Step 16: get out of the oven.
