Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients

Step 4: blanch the diced tofu in boiling water
Step 5: put the oil in the pot. When it's 30% hot, put some spicy oil to make it spicy. (people in Wuxi eat less chili, so put less chili)
Step 6: stir fry the minced meat
Step 7: add tofu, stir fry a little, try to turn the pot, tofu fried more easily broken.
Step 8: pour a little soy sauce into the pan, color, add salt to taste until a little salty, and then add two tablespoons of sugar to sweet. Turn over the pot and color evenly. If there is a little more water, you can add a little glass Euryale to make the color better. Sprinkle a little scallion on the pot.
