Production steps:
Step 1: put the yeast into water and let it stand for 5 minutes
Step 2: pour 25g sugar into the flour and stir well

Step 5: pour it on the chopping board and knead it into a smooth dough. Put it in the basin and cover it with plastic film for fermentation
Step 6: send it to twice the size, take it out and knead it evenly, exhaust the gas and knead it for a while
Step 7: divide into 2 portions, take one portion and roll it into dough
Step 8: spread the rotten milk, then sprinkle the sugar evenly
Step 9: roll up
Step 10: cut into small pieces
Step 11: take two small pieces and fold them up, press them down with chopsticks, stretch them at both ends and roll them up, then put them into the steaming tray smeared with oil
Step 12: another portion of dough is also prepared as the same way. Cover the dough with a wet cloth for 20 minutes, put it in the pot in cold water, steam it over high heat for 15 minutes, and then steam for 3 minutes without removing the cover after turning off the heat

Yeast: 2G
Sufu juice: right amount
Note: 1, here I use high gluten flour, more water, so the water under 5 grams. You should adjust the water consumption according to the water absorption of your flour. 2.
