Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the spinach and get the garlic ready.
Step 2: cut spinach into sections and garlic into powder.
Step 3: prepare the soy sauce
Step 4: add oil into the frying pan, add minced garlic and stir fry until golden.
Step 5: add spinach and stir fry.
Step 6: change the color of spinach, add a large spoon of yellow sauce, and don't add salt if the taste is light.
Step 7: stir fry quickly, turn off the heat when soft.

Soy sauce: 40g
Note: I use the Southern long spinach, this kind of spinach is not very astringent, therefore, I do not have blanching water, if it is the northern small spinach, you need blanching water!
