Production steps:
Step 1: rinse the tendons with clean water and put in ginger slices, star anise and prickly ash
Step 2: add soy sauce, oil consumption and fine granulated sugar to marinate (originally, I planned to add salt in this step, but later I thought I'd better add it when I was cooking, but I finally forgot)
Step 3: add appropriate amount of water (just without meat) and marinate for 2 hours
