Production steps:
Step 1: blanch all containers and mixing tools with boiling water and dry them.
Step 2: add white granulated sugar to sterilized pure milk and heat until all white granulated sugar is melted. Pay attention to stir while heating, so as not to form milk skin.
Step 3: cool the milk to about 40 ℃, take a small part and put it into the bottle, add all the bacteria powder into the bottle and shake well. Pour the small bottle of milk into the pan and mix with the remaining milk.
Step 4: put the evenly stirred milk into a small container and cover it. Put it in a pot with 45 degree hot water and cover it to keep warm. In order to keep warm, you can wrap thick clothes around the big pot, or change the water every hour. I change the water every other hour, and it solidifies after 6 hours.
Step 5: the yogurt is ready when it solidifies. After solidification, if the sour taste of yogurt is appropriate, it can be stored in the refrigerator. If it's not sour enough, put it in the refrigerator after a period of time at room temperature (about 20 degrees).

Mushroom powder: 1g
White granulated sugar: 30g
Note: mushroom powder can be replaced by original yogurt. 500ml milk and 100ml yogurt can also be made into yogurt.
