Yellow catfish and yam soup

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: slice yam and cut ginger into pieces. (yam can be prepared when cooking fish) cut yam and soak it in water to avoid oxidation and blackening.
Step 3: put ginger slices and fish in hot oil, fry both sides.
