Steamed chicken with lotus leaf
Introduction:
"[steamed chicken nuggets with lotus leaf powder] I went to my cousin's house and saw the lotus leaf, so I asked for two. To tell you the truth, the lotus leaf bought from outside is not as good as this. It was picked and dried by relatives in my hometown. It's clean and has a strong taste. If you want to cook porridge with this lotus leaf steamed rice, you like the faint fragrance most. "
Production steps:
Step 1: material diagram, lotus leaves soften in advance.
Step 2: mix the broken rice with thirteen spices and stir fry in a pan until fragrant. (if you don't have broken rice, you can go directly to the supermarket to buy steamed meat rice noodles. It's mixed and used directly when you go home. It's more convenient.)
Step 3: cut the chicken leg into pieces, soak it in salt and marinate it with soy sauce, cooking wine, onion and ginger.
Step 4: peel and cut potatoes.
Step 5: stir fried rice noodles into salted chicken.
Step 6: grasp evenly.
Step 7: take the cage, spread the lotus leaf, and put the potato chips on it. (potatoes can also be powdered, I didn't)
