Chocolate Cookies
Introduction:
"Strictly speaking, this is not a chocolate cookie, because there is no chocolate in the raw materials, just cocoa powder. Good quality cocoa powder has a bitter taste in the mouth, so this biscuit has a little bitter taste later. It's because of this bitter taste that I like it! This recipe is the best one for me to make cookies. Another one is also good, but it doesn't taste as good as this one. Thank you for Yinjia's selfless dedication. Share the good things! Like crisp biscuits can try! Good prescription must be recorded, later can turn to see, present a few humble pictures!!!!! The prescription comes from Yinjia! "
Production steps:
Step 1: soften the butter and beat it with powdered sugar until it is fluffy and white (this must be done. It's very important, because my butter is white, so I beat the third gear of my egg beater for about six minutes);
Step 2: first add the sifted almond powder (if not, use the same amount of low powder), then add the sifted cocoa powder and low powder (mix and SIFT), and add the vanilla pod (I didn't add it);
Step 3: mix the powder and butter with a scraper until no dry powder can be seen. Don't mix too much;
Step 4: put it into the flower mounting bag, and extrude 3.5-4cm in diameter on the baking tray.
The fifth step: preheat the oven 180 degrees, heat up to 160 degrees, bake for about 26 minutes, and open the hot air (my oven does not).
