Step 1: prepare all materials.
Step 2: cut chicken legs into small pieces, blanch them in clean water, wash them and dry them in the air.

Note: 1. Chicken leg can be replaced by whole chicken. 2. It's better to fry the chicken in a non stick pan to keep the integrity of the chicken, or use less oil.
