Step 1: prepare materials. I forgot to pat the milk
Step 2: put water in the pot, add sago and cook over low heat for 12 to 15 minutes. Stir the bottom of the pot with a spatula from time to time to avoid pasting. Turn off the heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until the sago is completely transparent. If it's not transparent, cook it for a while.
Step 3: while cooking the sago, let's boil the milk and sugar water. 250 ml milk and 50 g sugar can be boiled until cool.
Step 4: take out the sago with the filter, rinse it with cold boiled water, and let it cool naturally.
Step 5: use a spoon to mix the sago and milk sugar, don't let it caking, seal it and put it in the refrigerator.
Step 6: cut the mango side into three parts, dig out the flesh with a spoon and put it into the container.
Step 7: cut part of mango into small pieces, cut out grapefruit and set aside.
Step 8: beat the mango and milk sugar in step 6 into paste with stirring stick or cooking machine. (the consistency can be adjusted by oneself)
Step 9: pour the mango paste into the cup. If you don't eat it immediately, put it into the container and refrigerate it.
Step 10: when you want to eat, spread 2 / 3 of mango puree on the bottom of the cup, fill with 1 / 3 of sago milk juice, and sprinkle with mango and grapefruit on the surface. Stir well with a spoon.

Note: 1. Mango is best to buy golden, mature mango is sweet enough, if the skin is light yellow mango is not so fragrant mango flavor. 2. The flesh of grapefruit is very tender. Milk syrup can be boiled more at a time, and can be put at any time when you want to eat. Make a cold drink with enough sugar.
