Steamed bread with petals
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all ingredients, flour, pumpkin, sugar, yeast and water.
Step 2: peel and wash the pumpkin, cut it into pieces and steam for 8 minutes.
Step 3: divide the flour, yeast and sugar into two parts, one for white dough and one for pumpkin dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Step 4: mash the steamed pumpkin with a small spoon.

Step 6: make a small hole in the middle of the flour, pour in yeast water, and then add a little water appropriately. (don't add too much water at one time, you can add a little water in the process of mixing)
Step 7: when the dough is ready, make it basin light, hand light and dough light.
Step 8: put the mixed dough into a large bowl, put it into a steamer with water, cover the pan, open fire for 2 minutes, turn off the fire, and wait for fermentation for 45 minutes. (fast fermentation is used here)
Step 9: start with pumpkin dough. The method is similar to that of white dough. Pour in yeast water and add pumpkin, but don't add water here, because there is enough water in pumpkin.
Step 10: make up the pumpkin dough.
Step 11: the same into the steamer, cover the pot, open fire for 2 minutes, turn off the fire, wait for fermentation for 45 minutes.
Step 12: the dough is ready in 45 minutes.
Step 13: Pumpkin dough is the same, fermented dough is 2-3 times the original size.
Step 14: look at the picture. Inside the fermented dough is a honeycomb shape.
Step 15: put the fermented dough on the panel and continue to knead it.
Step 16: knead the dough into strips.
Step 17: cut them into small pieces. The pumpkin is a little smaller than the white one.
Step 18: knead the pumpkin into a circle and the white one into a disc.
Step 19: the white one covers the pumpkin.
Step 20: wrap it and knead it into a round shape.
Step 21: gently press it with your hand.
Step 22: cut 5 petals with a knife.
Step 23: gently twist 5 petals 90 degrees in the same direction by hand.
Step 24: before steaming steamed bread, rub a little cooking oil on the steamer to prevent the steamed bread from sticking to the steamer.
Step 25: steam the steamed bread for 10 minutes.
