Production steps:
Step 1: cut the meat into pieces, wash and drain it, don't like fat meat, buy lean meat
Step 2: prepare spices: Geranium, star anise, fennel, Shajiang, cinnamon, baikou, nutmeg, caojou

Step 10: air outside the house during the day and take it in at night to avoid dew
Step 11: after drying for more than ten days, the meat is oily
Step 12: take a piece, burn the skin and remove the hair, wash it and put it into the pot
