Fancy steamed bread
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: peel the purple potato and pumpkin, cut them into small pieces, steam them in a steamer, use chopsticks if they are easy to open, then take them out and crush them with a spoon.
Step 2: add baking powder, yeast and cream to the flour.
Step 3: add pumpkin puree or purple potato puree into flour and smooth dough, ferment in a humid environment of about 30 degrees, and the dough can be increased to 1.5 times of the original.
Step 4: take out the dough, knead it on the dry panel for a while to exhaust, then knead it into long strips, cut it into equal parts, and roll it into a round piece with a rolling pin (the next step is the same as rolling dumpling skin). Fold the 5 pieces in a staggered way, then rub the small dough into long strips to make a flower center (as shown in the figure), then roll it up from the flower center, and finally cut it in the middle.
Step 5: do appropriate treatment, more than two flowers will come out.
Step 6: put the flowers on the drawer in turn, and steam for 15 minutes

Note: do pumpkin, pumpkin steamed due to more water, and the time does not need to add additional water, the best choice of pumpkin color is very dark yellow kind, make the color will be more beautiful. Purple sweet potato needs to add a proper amount of warm water when mixing noodles because of its low water content.
