Sliced Boiled Pork with Garlic Sauce

Production steps:
Step 1: put the pork into the pot with cold water, add some scallion, ginger and salt, cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and cook for about 15 minutes, then simmer until the water is cool, until the pork is well done;
