Production steps:
Step 1: wash Hawthorn
Step 2: remove the pedicle, cut the waist, remove the nucleus, and add 300 grams of water
Step 3: cook over medium heat for 15 minutes
Step 4: rock sugar and 100g water
Step 5: Boil the syrup over low heat until the syrup is thick and can be drawn
Step 6: pour the cooked Hawthorn into the soybean milk machine, add the boiled syrup, turn on the juice stall (some may stir the stall), and stir again after mixing, so that the Hawthorn paste will be more delicate.
Step 7: in order to make the peel taste better, I added a little pine nut sugar to the syrup. There is the smell of pine nuts, no can be ignored
Step 8: put a little oil on the baking plate, pour in a proper amount of Hawthorn paste, and use a scraper to smooth the surface. The thickness should be 3mm
Step 9: let it dry naturally until one side can be uncovered
Step 10: you can turn it over and put it on the baking net to air on the other side. It's fast to dry on the net. The Hawthorn paste I made is thick, and it will be dried in half a day. Don't air it too dry, or it won't roll well.
Step 11: cut the dried Paeonia peel into the required width
