Braised chicken claw
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut off the fingernails on the chicken feet, wash and drain.
Step 2: put proper amount of water in the pot, put a piece of tangerine peel, a spoonful of salt and ginger slices, and bring to a boil. Pour down the chicken feet and blanch for about 3 minutes.
Step 3: processing ingredients: chopped brown sugar, chopped garlic, ginger slices.

Step 6: blanch the chicken feet and wash them with cold water.

Step 9: add brown sugar.
The tenth step: pour Baijiu into liquor.
Step 11: pour in the sauce and mix well.
Step 12: add 2-3 bowls of clean water and bring to a boil over high heat. Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Step 13: cook until the sauce is dry, add chicken powder and stir fry evenly.
