Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: dissolve horseshoe powder with water. (it's my first time, too. I dare not pour too much horseshoe powder at one time. I try to pour it slowly several times.)
Step 2: peel, wash and dice the fresh horseshoe.
Step 3: heat a pot of water, add white sugar and brown sugar to boil the water.
Step 4: add the hot sugar water into the raw flour paste, stir well, make the horseshoe flour paste, sprinkle some sweet scented osmanthus, the steamed horseshoe cake is especially sweet
Step 5: apply oil to the pot of steamed horseshoe cake, steam it in the pot (completely transparent), cool it in the air, demould it upside down, and cut it into pieces to taste.

Note: 1. Horseshoe powder can cook a lot, if not many people eat, do not use too much horseshoe powder. 2. Add brown sugar, the color is better. 3. When the raw pulp is poured in, it forms transparent pimples, indicating that the water temperature is too high and too ripe. If it is white paste, it means that the water temperature is too low, too raw. It is best that semi raw pulp is translucent paste. 4. When steaming, put some oil on the basin so that it won't stick when demoulding.
