Production steps:
Step 1: the inside and outside of the yogurt box with boiling water once sterilization. Let it cool.
Step 2: 1 liter of pure milk. One liter bought directly. You don't have to open four boxes of 250ml.
Step 3: pour a little milk and add 25 grams of sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Step 4: add yoghurt starter.
Step 5: less starter. One pack is just a little bit of a gram. Stir to make it mixed evenly. Don't let the starter caking.
Step 6: pour in the rest of the pure milk. Stir a few times. Put on the lid.
Step 7: pour some water into the yogurt machine.
Step 8: put the milk in. The water just got to the top. No flooding.
Step 9: plug in. Generally fermented for 6 hours, yogurt is relatively thin. 8 hours of yogurt is old yogurt.
Step 10: pick it up after 8 hours in the morning. Caking. It's not thin.
Step 11: after adding honey or jam, finish
Materials required:
Pure milk: 1000ml
Sugar: 25g
Yoghurt starter: 1g
Honey: right amount
Note: many times, I didn't add sugar in the fermentation, but I added honey or jam in the end. If you like the original flavor, you can add sugar first. It doesn't make any difference if you don't eat the original flavor first and then add it.
